Self-Fuelization Mindful Eating Journal

My Intention is…

A journal for anybody who is struggling to find accountability, and in hopes to make significant changes within their life. Ideally, this journal will help you focus on what you put into your body and begin to change your views of food as fuel, and build a loving, healthy relationship with your body.

Physically handwriting things down is a powerful tool that works as a direct ideomotor response connected to the subconscious. This journal is for everyone who is ready and willing to make changes not only on a conscious, but a subconscious level as well.

In Hypnosis, and dealing with the subconscious, what the subconscious knows, it sees as a pleasure; it likes to keep us on that same path. What it does not know it sees as a pain, but that does not mean that it’s a bad thing. By continually logging your food, activity, gratitude, affirmations and weight on a daily basis, you begin to create a knowns in the subconscious. This allows you to rewire preset pathways that we’re already conditioned to, and allow the new neuropathways to begin to shape your subconscious and conscious behaviors.

The entire purpose of the subconscious is just to keep us alive and safe. It’s really that simple. From the time we’re born, until about the ages of eight or nine, it’s soaking in the world like a sponge. Learning how we live and function; essentially creating our auto pilot, our life script, or hard drive, of our life and what it believes is to be.

The subconscious accounts for about 90% of our automatic involuntary behaviors. This is why it can become so difficult when consciously you know that you want make changes, you get so far and at a certain point you fall right back into the old patterns.

This journal is meant to continue to create knowns inside of your subconscious to help you with these changes. The purpose of the hypnosis audio is to get you into that hypnotic state and continue to add new data, new knowns, into the subconscious so you can actually make lifelong solid changes.

When you put pen to paper, not only is it a direct connection to your subconscious, but it helps you become mindful of what you are putting into your body, and even why. There are a variety of tools that will allow you to begin to reform and reshape your relationship with food, and your body.

This journal allows you to set an intention for the month. Write weekly letters of encouragement to remind you of your goals and why you are doing this. Weekly check-ins allow you to be honest and accountable, as well as begin to evaluate the positive and become mindful of any challenges you may face. The affirmation section of this is incredibly powerful. Stick with the same affirmations for the 30-day process to solidify into your subconscious what you want and the changes that you’re desiring to make. Really allow yourself to reframe the views you have about your physical body and your relationship with food.

Daily reinforcement is a powerful tool. Challenging yourself each day to follow through, take control and be willing to be courageous, you will be pleasantly surprised to see how far 30 days of a new habit can actually create change.
